'Ingredients for marination:- -Chicken (1kg) -Coriander powder (2 tsp) -Garam masala (1/2 tsp) -Chilli (2tsp) -Ginger garlic paste (2 tsp) -Turmeric powder (1/4 tsp) -Pepper powder (1 tsp) -Salt (2 tsp) Ingredients for sauting:- -Onion (2) -Tomato (1) -Curry leaves -Ginger -Green chilly (4) -Garlic For deep frying:- -Onion (4) Preparation:- -Marinate the chicken with above ingredients and set aside it for 10min. -Saute all the ingredients and add marinated chicken to it and cook well in low flame without adding water. -Saute onions ( chopped onions 4) till it becomes deeply fried. -Add these fried onions into the cooked chicken and saute it well. -And let it cook for 2 – 3min. in low flame. -Garnish it with curry leaves or coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Now a tasty “Dried Chicken” is ready'
